Truthful documents
We present experience persuasively but never fabricate qualifications, roles, dates or achievements. If a claim cannot be supported, it is not written.
Data protection
Client CVs contain personal data. We handle it in line with UK GDPR: collected for a clear purpose, stored securely, shared with no one without consent and deleted after a defined retention period.
Fair job search practice
We do not charge candidates fees for finding them work or introducing them to employers, in line with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
Honest marketing
Our advertising follows the UK CAP Code: no guaranteed outcomes, no invented statistics, and testimonials used only when genuine and with the client’s permission.
The simple test: if we would not be comfortable showing a client exactly how something was made or claimed, we do not do it.
