How we work
We listen first, then we write.
Many capable people are overlooked, not for lack of ability, but because their value is not clearly presented. Our process exists to close that gap.
- 01
Discover
We listen first. A consultation to understand your experience, your goals and the roles or audiences you have in mind.
- 02
Position
We decide what should lead: the strengths, achievements and value that matter most for where you are heading.
- 03
Craft
We write and design with precision, then refine the work through structured revisions with you.
- 04
Deliver and support
You receive ready-to-use materials and guidance on putting them to work.
We do not promise offers. We make sure you are presented at your best when it matters.
Before anything is delivered
The checks every document goes through
Your CV belongs to you, so our branding never appears on it. Files are named plainly, for example Firstname-Lastname-CV-2026.pdf.
Accuracy
Every date, title and figure is confirmed with you.
Proofread twice
Spelling, grammar and consistency, checked by fresh eyes.
ATS-ready
Standard headings, with no text in images or complex tables.
Formats
An editable DOCX and a final PDF.
Consistency
Your CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile tell one story.
Handover note
Clear guidance on using and updating your documents.
Questions
Things people ask before they get in touch
